طراحی انواع گیربکس صنعتی

گیربکس ها اجزای مکانیکی می­باشند که توانایی افزایش گشتاور و یا بلعکس کاهش گشتاور را دارند و در صنایع مختلف کاربرد فراوانی دارند. یکی از انواع این گونه گیربکس­های صنعتی که در صنعت هوافضا پرکاربرد می­باشند گیربکس­های افزاینده گشتاور است، این نوع از گیربکس که به ابتکار شرکت Sweeney  که پیش رو در صنعت گیربکس سازی می­باشد، برای اولین بار طراحی و ساخته شده است. این گیربکس در واقع یک گیربکس افزاینده گشتاور با نسبت گیربکس های متفاوت در محدوده 10 تا 125 می­باشد و هدف از این کار افزایش گشتاور ورودی به منظور دمونتاژ کردن شفت سوار بر موتور توربینی می­باشد. از آنجا که جهت باز و بسته کردن کلیه اجزا موتور در ابتدا نیاز به دمونتاژ کردن شفت اصلی می­باشد که به جهت نیاز به گشتاور بالا، استفاده از چنین گیربکسی اجتناب ناپذیر می­باشد.

DESIGN TORQUE MULTIPLIER TOOL

The aviation maintenance technician (AMT) spends a major portion of time using a wide variety of special tools to accomplish maintenance tasks. An AMT encounters many special tools as their experience widens; large transport category aircraft have different maintenance tasks from those of a light airplane, and special tools are often required when working on complex aircraft. As a result, special tools play a crucial role in this regard and pay noticeable attention on design and production of this tools could effectively address broad range of maintenance problems.

Aerospace Torque multipliers are one of the most prominent part of the special tools, that are used by ATMs for loosening and tightening threaded assemblies which demand very high torque values. Torque multiplier could be classified by its torque ratio for vide variety of engines. Since vista turbine company is one of the pioneer companies in base maintenance of JT8D and V2500 aircrafts engines in the middle east, having the own knowledge of designing and manufacturing suitable torque multiplier seems to be essential.

Vista are able to design and manufacture aerospace torque multiplier up to 65 power ratio, that are used for loosening and tightening threaded assemblies in large core engines. For compatibleness and ease of use, vistas torque multipliers are equipped with dual input both sides of gearbox, that can operate with two different power ratio in one device. Vistas torque multiplier provide maximum
torque power ratio of 1:65 for high torque demands and minimum power ratio of 1:10 for modest applications. Each model is designed with an internal splined drive that connects to sleeve sockets with are specially designed for each application. Anchor pins are located on each face of both models for versatility of anchoring.

Speed reduction gearbox are designed base on AGMA (American gear manufacture association) standards for gear designing and ISO standards for bearings, shafts and other parts designing. Simultaneously for providing  satisfactory design with high degree of safety, torque multiplier is simulated with KISSsoft® software which are well-known in field of gearbox analysis. Finally, vistas torque multipliers are manufactured in vista shop with expert Manufacturing and production engineers.
